Jason Williams

President and Founder
With a background producing events from stadium rock concerts to outdoor adventure races, Jason draws on twenty years experience as he partners with organizations to design and execute successful events each year. As President and Founder of Three Thirteen, he works with long standing clients, while consistently designing new events and invigorating existing programs for a variety of non-profits, corporations and large festivals. Jason launched Three Thirteen in 2006, after projects such as producing multi-million dollar concert and event tours for a Fortune 500 company and managing the Susan G. Komen Global Race for the Cure in Washington, DC with over 50,000 participants. Jason ensures that each client’s event- whether a private concert or corporate gala- is seamlessly executed from stat to finish. Outside of his event expertise, Jason is known for an inexhaustible knowledge of and passion for music of all kinds, a hobby running a league for the pioneering sport of Broomball, and a fondness for discovering new kinds of Kombucha.

Allen Pritchard

Event Director
Allen Pritchard is a seasoned professional with more than fifteen years of experience in project and team management and ten years in large scale event planning, logistics and execution. He is an expert at on the ground execution, starting new operations, and analyzing existing practices to minimize costs, improve productivity and gain efficiency. In the last ten years, Allen has led the successful execution of over 250 events, and often spends over one hundred days a year in the field operating and executing. Logistics run in his DNA and his experience grew out of his love for cycling and participation in and production of bicycle races.

Jill Washecka

Event Manager
Jill defines ‘Jill-Of-All-Trades’ and produces everything from public events and product launches to festivals, parades, runs/walks and rides. For the Three Thirteen Team, Jill’s specialty is logistics and transportation. Her extreme attention to detail allows her to coordinate hundreds of different moving pieces at the same time, on budget and most importantly, on time. Locally, Jill has made her mark as the Transportation Coordinator for the National Cherry Blossom Festival, DC Jazz Festival and volunteers her time to coordinate Elite Athlete transfers for the Credit Union Cherry Blossom 10-mile run.

Jill currently lives in Bethesda but her hometown of Memphis holds a special place in her heart. Whether it’s reading, running, exercising or going to the beach, Jill loves trying new things in new places. In her free time, Jill teaches Group Fitness Classes, enjoys traveling, and spending time.
